Shipping

All orders are shipped with tracking. Deliveries are handled by DHL Express or Swiss Post depending on the destination.

Customs & Duties

Orders shipped outside of Switzerland may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees.

Important: Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected customs charges, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Returns

How to Return

1. Contact us at order@moud.swiss within 14 days of receiving your order
2. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions
3. Ship the product back in its original, unopened packaging
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used fragrance products (for hygiene reasons)
• Products with broken seals
• Gift cards

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective.

Damaged or Defective Products

Damage to packaging or products must be noted at the time of delivery with the shipping carrier.

Contact us at order@moud.swiss within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

Please note: Claims regarding the scent, character, or personal preference of a fragrance do not constitute a defect.
